Bajaj updates Pulsar 150 with LED lighting and refreshed styling, prices unchanged
Bajaj Auto has rolled out an updated version of the Bajaj Pulsar 150 in India, introducing minor cosmetic and feature enhancements while retaining its existing mechanical setup. The refreshed model is priced from Rs. 1.09 lakhs (ex-showroom), continuing the Pulsar 150’s positioning as an accessible and familiar option in the commuter-sport segment.
The updated Pulsar 150 is available in multiple variants. Prices start at Rs. 1,08,772 for the single-disc version, go up to Rs. 1,11,669 for the single-disc upgraded variant and reach Rs. 1,15,481 for the twin-disc upgraded version, all ex-showroom.
Design refresh and feature additions
Visually, the motorcycle stays true to the muscular design that has defined the Pulsar brand for years. Bajaj has introduced new colour schemes and revised graphics to give the bike a fresher appearance without altering its core identity.
The most notable update is the addition of LED lighting. The Pulsar 150 now gets an LED headlamp along with LED turn indicators, bringing it closer to current segment expectations. These updates are intended to improve night-time visibility while adding a modern touch to the overall design.
Engine and hardware remain unchanged
Under the bodywork, there are no changes to the mechanical package. The Pulsar 150 continues to use the familiar 149.5cc air-cooled engine, delivering 13.8 BHP and 13.25 Nm of torque. Power is transmitted through a five-speed gearbox.
The chassis and suspension setup also remain unchanged, with telescopic front forks, twin rear shock absorbers and 17-inch alloy wheels. Braking options vary by variant, with single- and twin-disc configurations on offer.
Despite its age, the Pulsar 150 continues to see steady demand in several parts of the country. With these incremental updates, Bajaj appears to be keeping the model relevant for buyers looking for a straightforward, sporty motorcycle carrying the long-established Pulsar badge.
