Bajaj V12 Disc Brake
The Bajaj V12 featuring disc brake at the front

The Bajaj V12 was launched in December 2016 and since then there have been suggestions from customers from across India, to add a front disc brake on the bike. Seems like Bajaj has heard them. Bajaj has silently launched the disc variant of the V12.

Powering the Bajaj V12 is a 124.5cc single-cylinder air-cooled DTS-i engine that comes coupled to a 5-speed gearbox. The motor is capable of producing 10.7 HP of power and 10.9 Nm of torque. Braking duties are done by a 240 mm disc at the front and 130 mm drum unit at the rear. The motorcycle has telescopic suspension at the front and twin Nitrox rear shocks. The V12 also gets a 13-litre fuel tank and tips the scales at 133 kgs.

The Bajaj V12 is available in two dual shades of paint, a white on red and an orange on black. The motorbike has been priced at Rs. 68,400/- (on-road, Delhi) and will compete against the Hero Glamour and Honda CB Shine 125 in the 125cc segment.
