The brochure of the Hyundai Alcazar reveals that select variants of the SUV will be sold in ‘Signature’ outlets

Ahead of the launch of the Hyundai Alcazar, we have gotten hold of its brochure, which provides clear-cut details about the number of variants the SUV will be offered in, number of colour choices and more.

According to the leaked Hyundai Alcazar brochure, the car is 4500 mm long, 1790 mm wide, 1675 mm tall and has a wheelbase of 2760 mm. It will be offered in both single tone and dual tone colourways.

Variants
The car will come in a total of 6 variants

Single tone paint options include Phantom Black, Polar White, Starry Night, Taiga Brown, Titan Grey and Typhoon Silver, while dual tone choices are limited to Polar White with Phantom Black roof and Titan Grey with Phantom Black roof.

Of all the variants – Prestige (MT), Prestige (O)(AT), Platinum (MT), Platinum (O)(AT), Signature (MT) and Signature (O)(AT) – the 2 Signature trims will be exclusively sold through the brand’s Signature outlets.

Seating

The petrol model is offered as a 6-seater model in a total of 5 variants and as a 7-seater model in 2 variants. On the other hand, the diesel version comes with 6 seats in 4 variants and 7 seats in 3.

Inside, the Alcazar comes with tip and tumble second row seats to aid easy access for third row. The 7-seater variant’s second row seats have 60:40 split.

In terms of powertrain options, the SUV will come with a 2.0-litre petrol motor (159 PS and 191 Nm) and a 1.5-litre diesel engine (115 PS and 250 Nm). There will be 3 drive modes – Eco, City and Sport – on offer too.

The leaked Hyundai Alcazar brochure states that the diesel version has a fuel efficiency figure of 20.4 km/l when paired with a manual transmission and 18.1 km/l with an automatic gearbox.

The Alcazar’s launch is set to take place on 18th June and the SUV will compete against the Tata Safari, MG Hector Plus and the Mahindra XUV700.
