Honda X-Blade Review
Honda will make the bike look more aggressive with few cosmetic tweaks to the fuel tank

This festive season get ready to get an updated version of the Robocop inspired Honda X-Blade. The bike which was first showcased at the 2018 Auto Expo, grabbed a lot of eyeballs due to the sharp robot-inspired headlight. The bike went on sale in the month of March in 2018 and got a decent response from the market. But as the months went by, the demand for the bike started to fall.

Honda will not be touching the design of the bike but intends to play with the colours. The bike will likely get a dual-tone paint scheme to make it more appealing. To complement the styling, the Japanese automaker will beef up the design of the fuel tank, making it more aggressive.

Mechanically, the bike will remain unchanged and will be powered by the same 162cc single-cylinder engine, that churns out 14 BHP and 13.9 Nm of torque. This nimble engine will come mated to a 5-speed gearbox and the stopping power will come from a disc-brake up front and rear drum brake. Due to the mandatory safety norms, the bike will be equipped with a single-channel ABS.
