Long after the launch of the Jawa motorcycles, the company has now started delivering the vehicles. However, only a handful of motorcycles have been delivered till date and people who have booked the motorcycle are waiting anxiously to get it delivered. The company says that they are working in full swing to speed up the delivery process for the Jawa motorcycles. However, a video has surfaced where a dealer is showcasing the accessories available for Jawa.

The Jawa 42 in question here can be seen fitted with a crash guard, saree guard along with a pillion seat backrest with a luggage carrier. These bits are among the first official accessories launched by Jawa. Moreover, the handle bar-end rear view mirrors are also missing which were there on the 42 at the time of launch, suggesting that the bar-end mirrors too will be sold as an accessory and so will be the centre stand. The prices of the accessories have not been revealed yet.

Apart from the official accessories, Jawa dealerships also sell Jawa branded merchandise like helmets, saddlebags etc. The Jawa motorcycles are powered by a 293cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder DOHC engine which makes a maximum power of 27 BHP and 28 Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox and as per ARAI, the Jawa twins return a fuel efficiency of 37.5 km/l. The suspension is taken care of by telescopic hydraulic forks in the front and gas canister twin shock absorbers at the rear. The motorcycles also get the option of dual-channel ABS now.
