In a bid to keep the audience engaged, India Kawasaki Motors has launched new colour options for its Ninja 1000 motorcycle. The performance biker fraternity has accepted the brand well and Kawasaki products are performing well on the sales charts. The Kawasaki Ninja 1000 now gets Emerald Blaze Green and Metallic Spark Black colour schemes.

Each colour is paired with Metallic Carbon Grey shade to complete the dual-tone palette. The company also launched a Limited Edition version of its street-fighter Z900. Changes on the Z900 Limited Edition include new graphics on the fuel tank and a new Metallic Spark Black shade which looks absolutely stunning on this street-fighter.

There are no changes in the two models except cosmetic enhancements. The Ninja 1000 continues to be powered by a 1043cc in-line four engine which kicks out 142 PS of power and 111 Nm of torque, while the Z900 gets a 948cc motor capable of 125 PS and 94.6 Nm.

The Ninja 1000 competes with the likes of the Ducati SuperSport while the Z800-successor locks horns with the Ducati Monster 821 and Triumph Street Triple. Kawasaki aims to keep the lineup fresh to maintain its foothold in the market with these new product updates. The Japanese automaker, for the first time, will participate at the Auto Expo, next year.
