The BS6-compliant Duke 125 will hit the market in January 2020.
KTM is set to showcase its entire line-up for 2020-2021 at the India Bike Week 2019 that will include updated, BS6-compliant version of the current models. The brand will also be launching the much-anticipated 390 Adventure.
The KTM Duke 250, Duke 390 and the RC 390 will be the first BS6 models that will go on sale. Deliveries are set to begin from 20th December 20 and these bikes will cost around Rs. 15,000/- more. The BS6-compliant Duke 125 will hit the market in January 2020 with a price hike of around Rs. 8000/- to Rs. 10,000/-.
The KTM 390 Adventure was recently unveiled in Euro 5 (BS6) spec with the same power figure i.2 44 PS as the outgoing Duke 390. Though it is common for BS6 bikes to bear a drop in power in India, it is expected that there won’t be any significant power loss on the upcoming KTMs.
It is likely that the 390-based Husqvarna Svartpilen 401 and Vitpilen 401 will be showcased at the motorcycle event as well.
