2017 KTM Duke 250 Review
The Duke 250 gets a dual-channel ABS system

KTM had introduced a single-channel ABS unit on the Duke 125 and Duke 200 in the recent past and now the company has launched the Duke 250 ABS, which unlike its smaller siblings, gets a dual-channel ABS unit. The Duke 250 ABS is priced at Rs. 1.94 lakhs (ex-showroom) which translates into a premium of Rs. 14,000/- over the non-ABS version.

The KTM Duke 250 gets switchable ABS which can be turned off completely. However, the rider cannot disengage ABS only at the rear (can be done on Duke 390 Supermoto mode). No other changes have been made to the bike, it continues to be powered by the 248.8cc, liquid-cooled engine that produces 30 HP and 24 Nm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox.
