Mahindra XUV300 facelift spotted with substantial tweaks

Mahindra XUV300 is getting a new model change with major changes inside out. The new facelift will compete against the soon-to-be launched Tata Nexon facelift that is also getting a major update soon with redesigned exterior, interior and more features on offer.

The prototype we see here looks ready for production but it is completely covered. However, you can spot some interesting details like a new front design with BEV concept inspired lights. It will get a new set of headlights, tweaked bonnet and new grille design with updated bumper styling.

The side profile will remain unchanged but Mahindra will offer a new set of alloy wheels and wheel caps. The rear will get a completely new connected tail lamps design with revised tail gate and bumper.

Mahindra has updated the interior as well. The steering looks the same but there is a new floating touchscreen on the dashboard. It looks larger in size and we expect it to come with a new user interface.

Mahindra is expected offer new features including a segment-first panoramic sunroof. More details of the car will be revealed closer to the launch. It is likely to hit the showrooms during this festive season.

The compact SUV will continue with the same 1.5-litre turbo petrol and diesel engine options. It will compete with the Tata Nexon, Maruti Brezza, Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet and the likes.
