Mercedes-Benz C-Class Electric Interior

The interior of the upcoming C-Class EV reflects a strong emphasis on digital interfaces and premium comfort, with a layout closely resembling that of the GLC EV. The cabin is dominated by a large glass-covered display panel that integrates multiple screens into a single unit, creating a near full-width digital dashboard.

Large Display Ecosystem And Minimal Physical Controls

At the centre of the cabin is a 39.1-inch Hyperscreen, which spans across the dashboard and integrates the instrument cluster, infotainment system and passenger display into one seamless unit. Mercedes-Benz is also expected to offer an alternative triple-screen configuration, similar to setups seen on its flagship models.

Physical buttons are kept to a minimum, with most functions controlled via the touchscreen or steering-mounted controls. This approach aligns with the brand’s broader move toward software-driven interfaces.

Ambient Lighting And Premium Cabin Experience

The interior places a strong focus on ambience, with extensive ambient lighting integrated throughout the dashboard and door panels. An optional panoramic glass roof further enhances the experience, featuring embedded illuminated elements designed to complement the cabin lighting.

Additional features include a premium Burmester sound system, powered front seats with ventilation, massage and memory functions, and multiple upholstery options including vegan and Nappa leather finishes.

Materials And Customisation Options

Mercedes-Benz is offering a range of interior trims, including metallic finishes alongside wood and carbon-fibre options. Buyers can choose from multiple colour themes, allowing for a more personalised cabin environment.

The sport seats are available with distinctive design patterns, further reinforcing the premium positioning of the model.

Focus On Comfort And Refinement

Beyond visual elements, the C-Class EV also introduces updates aimed at improving cabin comfort. A redesigned HVAC system is said to enhance cooling efficiency, while structural and acoustic improvements contribute to reduced noise levels.

Measures such as improved body rigidity, advanced insulation, laminated glass and refined electric drivetrain components are intended to deliver a quieter and more comfortable in-cabin experience.
