The Motoroyale Kinetic group has big plans for the Indian market including local manufacturing

The Motoroyale Kinetic group is planning to invest big in the Indian market. They are currently offering premium bikes including MV Agusta, Norton, SWM, FB Mondial and Hyosung. The company is now planning to develop a 300-500cc motorcycle in India.

This new made in India bike will be offered in a price range of Rs. 2-3 lakhs and is expected to make its debut in 2021. Whether it’ll be developed by the Indian company on its own or jointly developed with a foreign partner is yet to be known.

Considering the displacement and price bracket, we expect it to be a potential Duke 390/RC 390 rival. Motoroyale Kinetic is currently setting up a new assembly plant with 60,000 units capacity at Supa in Maharashtra.

The premium motorcycle seller is getting the CKD units assembled at Kinetic Engineering property in Ahmednagar that has a capacity of 8000 units. Soon they plan to launch Norton’s 650cc motorcycle that will be heavily localised in India and is being prepared for a 2020 launch.
