Nissan Magnite Facelift Spied

Nissan Magnite facelift features revealed, to get new exterior and interior

Nissan Magnite is gearing up for a significant upgrade with its upcoming facelift. Recently spotted during testing in Chennai, the facelift version promises a blend of refreshed exterior design and enhanced interior features, aligning it with Nissan’s global SUV lineup.

While the changes in the exterior design are anticipated to be primarily in soft parts, the interior is expected to undergo notable revisions. Among the additions are a redesigned dashboard and the incorporation of features such as a single-pane sunroof and six airbags.

These are a couple of confirmed features that will make it to the updated model. We can expect more features like a larger touchscreen infotainment system with the latest UI, all digital cluster with new detailing, wireless charger, front seat ventilation, auto AC with rear AC vents, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, etc.

Despite these updates, the Magnite facelift is likely to retain its powertrain offerings. It will continue to be powered by the same engine options – 1.0-litre, 3-cylinder petrol and 1.0-litre turbo-petrol unit. The naturally aspirated engine comes with 5-speed MT and AMT options while the turbo unit offers 5-speed MT and CVT automatic transmission options.

We can expect Renault to introduce a refreshed Kiger as well later this year. The new model will compete with the likes of Maruti Brezza, Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, Mahindra XUV300, Tata Nexon, etc.

Nissan is also working on introducing a range of new SUVs including new generation Renault Duster’s rebadged version and the bigger 7-seater version of the same SUV. Expect some action in their portfolio after a long while.
