Norton V4 Spotted Testing In UK, Will Be Unveiled On November 4

The next-generation Norton V4 superbike has been spotted testing in the UK ahead of its global debut. TVS Motor Company MD Sudarshan Venu was seen riding the prototype during its road trials. The model is set to be unveiled on November 4.

Styling

The bike’s design marks a significant shift from the earlier V4 SV. It now features a sharper LED headlamp and revised mirrors. The tail light exactly matches the teaser shared by Norton on social media.

A major update is the Panigale V4-style underbelly exhaust replacing the older side-mounted setup. This improves mass centralisation and rear design aesthetics. It also helps with better weight distribution and improved handling characteristics.

Engine

The motorcycle retains Norton’s 1,200cc, 72-degree V4 engine with reengineering for Euro 5+ compliance. While specs remain undisclosed, performance upgrades are expected.

The electronics suite should include ride-by-wire, traction control, cornering ABS, and a six-axis IMU. Multiple riding modes will also be offered. These upgrades will enhance safety and riding dynamics significantly.

Suspension & Braking

The chassis continues with a twin-spar aluminium frame paired with Ohlins suspension. Suspension components are likely to include semi-active electronic adjustability for better adaptability. The braking setup consists of Brembo Hypure monobloc callipers.

Expected Launch Date

TVS has confirmed Norton’s India debut by the end of 2025. The V4 shall be the first model to arrive. It will possibly arrive as a completely built unit (CBU).

Pricing

The bike will be priced between Rs 30 Lakh and Rs 36.50 lakh. This puts it in direct competition with the Ducati Panigale V4. Norton may aim for an even higher premium positioning.

Norton is also planning to introduce five new models under TVS ownership. These include mid-capacity singles and parallel twins.
