Renault recently launched the Fluence in India. The company has however realized that even a fantastic product without a good service backup won’t help and has thus decided to expand its dealership network to 100 by the end of 2012. The company has just 12 dealers currently and is in the process of expanding to 75 cities. Europe’s second largest car maker also plans to increase localization to 60% to ensure a competitive price. The French automaker will launch four new cars in the next 15 months in India, including an SUV, hatchback and sedan.
