The Interceptor 650 has brought back the design of their original bikes from the 70s. The classic roadster look has been remodeled to add a modern gracefulness that works for both the city life and the long weekend getaway ride by the beach. The chassis has been made better to offer superior handling while maintaining the ease of comfort that all Royal Enfield motorbikes provide.

With the brand new 649cc, air and oil cooled, parallel-twin engine that can dish out 47 BHP at 7250 RPM and 52 Nm of peak torque at 5250 RPM, the bike is designed to make the ride through city traffic smooth and effortless. Power is transmitted to the rear wheels via a 6-speed gearbox that comes with a slipper clutch, for lighter lever feel.
