Toyota Innova Crysta Facelift Launched, Priced From Rs. 16.26 Lakhs
The popular MPV has been given a refresh so as to keep its sales momentum going strong.
Toyota has launched the Innova Crysta facelift in India with a price tag of Rs. 16.26 lakhs (all prices ex-showroom India, except Kerala).
While the above mentioned price is for the base version, the top-of-the-line variant costs Rs. 24.33 lakhs (ex-showroom). It is available in GX, VX and ZX grades.
For the update, Toyota has revised the front fascia of the MPV. It now has a new trapezoidal piano black radiator grille with chrome surround that merges with the headlights, while there are restyled indicators and fog lights too.
Along the sides the car looks identical save for a set of new diamond-cut alloy wheels, while the carmaker has also introduced a new colour for the car named Sparkling Black Crystal Shine.
Inside, Toyota has provided the Innova Crysta facelift with a new Smart Playcast touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Top-spec ZX grade with come with Camel Tan upholstery from now on.
Besides, features such as real-time vehicle tracking, geofencing, last parked location, among others are available as optional accessories with the Innova Crysta facelift.
What has not changed with the facelift is the powertrain option. The MPV continues to be powered by a 2.4-litre diesel engine making 150 PS and up to 360 Nm (for the auto, while MT versions have 343 Nm).
Similarly, the 2.7-litre petrol engine that puts out 166 PS and 245 Nm is also offered. Both engines can be had either with a 5-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic gearbox.
Safety-wise, the Toyota Innova Crysta facelift comes with 7 airbags, Vehicle Stability Control and Hill Start Assist, while now there are front sensors (with MID indication) as well.
Deliveries are set to begin soon and expect the car to continue to fetch solid numbers every month.
