Yamaha is updating their entire lineup with BS6 engines, one of them is MT-15.
Yamaha has revealed today their new range of BS6 compliant scooters and motorcycles. The range includes new Fascino 125 FI, Ray ZR 125 FI, Street Rally 125 FI, R15 V3 and MT-15.
The Yamaha MT-15 BS6 has been revealed with a new Ice Fluo – Vermillion colour option. It is a white colour with orange contrasting wheels and black inserts to make the bike look sporty.
The bike gets rear radial tyre as standard now. The Yamaha MT-15 comes with single channel ABS with 282 mm front disc brake.
There are no significant cosmetic and feature updates with the BS6 version of the Yamaha MT-15. The pricing and engine output has not been revealed yet. It is expected to be launched next month.
We expect the 155cc engine BS6 compliant engine to offer the same power output as the R15 BS6 which produces 18.6 PS and 14.1 Nm. It is lower than the BS4 compliant engine.
