TVS ApacheTVS Apache is a performance centric motorcycle in the TVS product portfolio. TVS Motors introduced the Apache in 2007. Since its launch in India, the TVS Apache has got some significant updates in terms of styling, features and mechanicals. Some of the features of the TVS Apache includes LED DRLs, semi-digital instrument cluster, petal disc brakes with ABS. TVS claims that the Apache is the first bike in the Indian market that comes equipped with ABS. The TVS Apache RTR 180 is powered by a 177.4cc, 4-stroke, single-cylinder engine that produces a maximum power of 17.03 BHP at 8500 RPM with a peak torque of 15.5 Nm, mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. The TVS Apache returns a fuel efficiency of 40 km/l and comes with a starting price of Rs. 70,000/-.
