The updated Grand i10 is seen on test quite a few times and is expected to be launched around the festive season this year.
The Ford Figo and the Maruti Suzuki Swift will now be rivalled by the fresh and updated 2020 Hyundai Grand i10, that will be launched this festive season. There have been many spottings of the test mules of the Grand i10, but they have been under heavy camouflage, due to this not much of design details have been revealed.
The 2020 Grand i10 will be priced around Rs. 5-8.5 lakhs (ex-showroom). As mentioned earlier, there is not a lot of details on the cosmetic changes, but the interior has been revised. The interiors are now substantially more spacious than the older version thanks to the new design of the dashboard. It gets slimmer seats than the current version and features adjustable headrests too.
The centre console on the car gets a nice storage space to keep your wallets, phones, etc. Apart from that, the gear lever seems to be similar to the Santro and centrally controlled power window buttons are also featured. The instrument console gets twin dials and a digital info display stacked between them. The lower-spec variants don’t have many features and are also likely to miss out on the keyless entry feature. Whereas, the top-spec variants will get auto climate control and a 7.0 or 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system. The instrument panel will also feature a bigger information display and a speedometer dial.
