2021 Royal Enfield Himalayan Pine Green
Well, the Himalayan could prove to be quite expensive with some official accessories

More information about the 2021 Royal Enfield Himalayan, including the colours, has found its way online, ahead of the motorcycle’s official launch.

This time last week we brought you exclusive information about the upgrades and changes that have been made to the Himalayan for the 2021 model year (read article here).

We reported that the 2021 Himalayan would come with 3 new colour options, namely – Granite Black, Mirage Silver and Pine Green, along with new graphics as well.

Also, the motorcycle will come with a tinted taller flyscreen, revised front rack for less knee interference, new seats (also comes in brown), a redesigned rear luggage carrier and Royal Enfield’s own Tripper Navigation.

The recent set of images shared through a video on YouTube, apparently taken while the firm had the updated Himalayan on its website before taking it down, show exactly how the bike would look with the new paint schemes.

While the Mirage Silver has brown stripes running across the tank (it also has brown seats), the Granite Black has both gloss and matte black sections and the Pine Green shade has camouflage effect on the tank, side panels and fenders.

One other thing that can be spotted on the shared images apart from the 2021 Royal Enfield Himalayan colours is the price of the model kitted with accessories, which is Rs. 2,51,565/- (ex-showroom).

We reckon the actual price figure of the motorcycle without accessories might be about Rs. 10,000/- more than the asking price of the bike at present.

No mechanical changes are expected on the motorcycle. So, it will be powered by a 411cc engine putting out a maximum of 24.3 BHP and 32 Nm peak torque. Similarly, the suspension and braking hardware are likely to be untouched as well.
