2021 TVS Apache RTR 160 4V Launched, Priced From Rs. 1.07 Lakhs
TVS claims it is the most powerful motorcycle in its class.
TVS has launched the 2021 Apache RTR 160 4V with a starting price tag of Rs. 1.07 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi), today.
The key update for the 2021 model year is that the motorcycle’s 159.7cc oil-cooled heart makes a maximum of 17.63 PS at 9250 RPM and 14.73 Nm of peak torque at 7250 RPM. It continues to be mated to a 5-speed gearbox.
While both power and torque ratings of the motor have been increased, TVS has also managed to shave off 2 kg of the bike’s mass in comparison with the 2020 model.
Now, the single disc variant weighs 145 kg and the dual disc variant has a claimed weight figure of 147 kg, as opposed to the 149 kg of the dual disc 2020 model.
While no other significant changes have been made on the motorcycle, the 2021 Apache RTR 160 4V price does include a new dual tone saddle.
The bike features an LED headlamp and position lamps, a digital instrument gauge and is available in 3 colours, namely Racing Red, Knight Black and Metallic Blue.
