2024 Tata Nexon facelift spotted hiding under heavy camouflage

2024 Tata Nexon facelift has been recently doing the rounds around the country in its prototype form. The compact SUV seems to get radical changes on the exterior.

The Nexon got its last visual update in 2020 and the new version might come in 2024. Seems like it is based on the same platform. The front profile looks very similar to the Curvv concept showcased at the Auto Expo.

The side profile looks exactly the same as the current Nexon on sale. However, there will be new alloy wheels on offer. The rear will get a new set of tail lights, new tailgate design and new bumper.

The interior too will get a new dashboard along with more features including an updated infotainment system and an all-digital instrument cluster.

The compact SUV is expected to get a more powerful 1.2-litre turbo petrol engine under the hood. It will be available with both automatic and manual transmission options. The 1.5-litre diesel is expected to continue as is.

We believe Tata Motors will offer the Curvv as a coupe version of the Nexon having similar styling elements and sharing the equipment and mechanicals. It will be available in both ICE and electric forms.

The updated Nexon is expected to be launched by early 2024. It will compete with a range of compact SUVs including Maruti Brezza, Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, Mahindra XUV400 and the likes.
