June 2026 top 20 2-wheeler sales list revealed including motorcycle and scooters both. There are two motorcycles each from Hero and Honda, the Splendor and Shine, top the chart. While the highest selling scooter, the Honda Activa comes in at 3rd. TVS’ highest selling vehicle is their scooter Jupiter taking on the 4th position on the sales chart.
India’s 2-wheeler vehicle market has seen a decent increase in sales for the month of June 2026 as people got ready for monsoons. In the list of top 20 2-wheeler sales only 2 motorcycles have seen a drop if we consider the YoY sales, while the rest have a significant growth visible.
The only major drop is in with the Hero HF Deluxe with sales dropping to half while the Bajaj Pulsar has had about a 12% drop which is not too bad. But there is a huge change in sales trend if we consider the electric 2-wheelers in the list too.
Since list also includes the electric 2-wheelers specifically scooters the Indian 2-wheeler market has started accepting EVs well. With TVS iQube having the highest growth from last year while the other electric scooters like the Bajaj Chetak and Ather Rizta have also picked up the numbers.
While there is just one vehicle from Yamaha hitting the top 20 list, the Yamaha Ray. Suzuki has got both of its scooter popular scooter the Access and the Burgman in the list. Since the Burgman was the latest scooter to get a long-due facelift, the sales number seem justified.
The fight for the top-spot is not confirmed by a motorcycle and unlike earlier where there were month where the Activa would outsell the whole bike market. The addition of electric scooters could be the reason that the Honda Activa is a little far from hitting the top spot now.
