The F 900 R is a sharp-looking motorcycle

BMW France has come up with the F 900 R Force, an aviation-inspired model limited to just 300 examples.

Exclusive to the French market, the middleweight roadster comes in a striking San Marino Blue shade with Fluorescent Yellow highlights. This colour scheme, says BMW France, evokes the design of a fighter plane.

This limited edition BMW F 900 R Force also gets a host of optional upgrades such as windshield with the yellow R logo, belly pan with fluorescent detailing, seat cowl with ‘Limited Edition’ picked out on it and wheel rims with fluorescent yellow highlights. It also gets a quickshifter.

Other features such as full LED lighting, 6.5-inch TFT screen, drive modes, are present, along with top-notch hardware like inverted front forks and Brembo radial brake calipers.

Right off the bat, the BMW F 900 R Force can be purchased with A2 license restriction, which brings the motorcycle’s power to 47.5 HP and 66 Nm of torque. However, the 895cc motor can be unlocked to unleash 95 horses and 88 torques as well.

Keen riders should be able to feel the 10 HP power reduction and, likewise, 4 Nm less torque (without A2 restriction the motor can produce 105 HP and 92 Nm of torque), though.

Price-wise, the BMW F 900 R Force costs 9790 Euros (Rs. 8.85 lakhs), which is 900 Euros (Rs. 81,435/-) more than the cost of the standard F 900 R in France.
