Brabus 850 Biturbo iBusiness Front

German tuning company Brabus has laid its hands on the new S-Class and turned it into a high performance luxury sedan. The Brabus 850 6.0 BiTurbo iBusiness, as it has been is being showcased at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show. The new Mercedes-Benz S-Class is already a powerful sedan but with Brabus entering the scenario, the vehicle has been given its fair share of performance and styling upgrades. The power tuning has been performed on the S63 AMG and a staggering 265 PS increase in power has been achieved.

The name of the car suggests it all, a perfect combination of power and feature-laden luxury. Power is derived from a 5.9-litre, twin-turbocharged V8 engine producing 850 PS of power. Apart from the increased displacement, newly developed engine components, turbocharger with a larger compressor and a modified exhaust manifold are responsible for the power boost. Mated to an AMG Speedshift MCT 7-speed transmission, the Brabus 850 has an electronically limited top-speed of 350 km/hr and sprints from 0-100 km/hr in a mere 3.5 seconds.

The interiors is a hub of Apple products, that’s why the name iBusiness. The infotainment system comprises of the Apple TV, iPad, Mac Mini and the iPod touch. An iPad Mini is used for controlling the system functions of the S-Class. It is sheer joy for a rich automobile freak who also happens to be an Apple fan. This is Brabus’ second take on the new Mercedes-Benz S-Class where earlier they had performance-tuned the S-Class to spell power up to 720 BHP. Now who needs a supercar when you can get all in one with the Brabus tune S-Class.
