BS6 Hero Maestro Edge 110 Launched, Priced From Rs. 60,950/-
The 110cc scooter comes in two variants now and carries forward the features offered on the BS4 version.
Hero Maestro Edge 110 BS6 has been launched with a starting price tag of Rs. 60,950/- (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the FI VX variant with alloy wheels and drum brakes.
The only other variant on offer, called the alloy wheel FI is priced at Rs. 62,450/- (ex-showroom, Delhi) and these details have been updated in the 2-wheeler maker’s Indian website.
Like we reported fairly recently, the BS6 Maestro Edge retains the design of the more polluting version it replaces. However, it now gets new graphics and two new colour options, namely Midnight Blue and Seal Silver.
Four older paint schemes, named Candy Blazing Red, Pearl Fadeless White, Panther Black and Techno Blue, have also been carried over and the BS6 Hero Maestro Edge 110 price will get customers a halogen headlight, semi-digital instrument cluster, LED taillight, telescopic forks upfront, external fuel filler and a side stand sensor.
One thing that the manufacturer has not listed along with the BS6 Hero Maestro Edge 110 price list is the braking hardware of the 112 kg scooter. But, we know for sure that it will get the integrated braking system.
Engine-wise, the 110.9cc single-cylinder mill the powers the scooter, in its BS6 form produces 8 HP of maximum power at 7500 RPM and 8.75 Nm of peak torque at 5500 RPM. The manufacturer claims that the scooter returns better fuel economy, has better pick-up and an improved engine life as a result of the latest update.
