Ducati Monster gets additional kits from Ducati as a way to celebrate one year of the bike’s sales.

Ducati has sold over 100 units of the Monster series in the country since its introduction in the Indian market. Now, to spice up the bikes and grab the eyeballs of other customers, the company is offering Termignoni exhaust on both the Monsters. Though, the Monster 821 will come with an extra Ducati Quick Shift (DQS) Up/Down.

The Monster 821 is equipped with a Euro 4 compliant, liquid-cooled, Testastretta 11° engine, that delivers a maximum power of 109 BHP at 9250 RPM and 86 Nm of torque at 7750 RPM. With the additional Termignoni exhaust and the DQS, the bike will have a louder roar and ease of gearshifts while riding.

The Monster 821 is currently priced at Rs. 10.99 lakhs (all prices, ex-showroom, India) and the Monster 797+ at Rs. 8.6 lakhs. The offer on the bikes will be valid from 1st April to 30th April 2019 and will be valid from dealerships across Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Kochi, Kolkata, Chennai and Hyderabad.

The Monster 821 comes with a dual-barrel Termignoni exhaust set-up and the Monster 797 comes with a single barrel exhaust from Termignoni. The Ducati Monster 821 rivals the Kawasaki Z900, Triumph Street Triple, Suzuki GSX-S750 and the Yamaha MT-09 in the Indian 2-wheeler market.
