Satish Sawant, the owner of the Nano LX which caught fire in Mumbai (read original post here) a couple of weeks back is seeking Rs. 15 lakh compensation from Tata Motors. The software professional has already received a full refund of Rs 2.25 lakh from Concorde Motors, which he used to settle his bank loan. However, Tata Motors has refused to budge leaving Satish no option but to move to consumer court. He is hell bent on receiving the funds for the shock and trauma suffered by his family and him caused by the fiery Tata Nano (or as some Motorbeam readers put it –  Tata Burno, Fireo or Electro).
