Ford Freestyle accessories revealed ahead of launch, will be available at the dealership level.

Ahead of the Freestyle’s India launch, Ford has released the product brochure of the crossover which details the accessories buyers can opt for at the dealership level. The Freestyle made its debut in India earlier this year and is all set to go on sale this month. The Compact Utility Vehicle (CUV) gets a host of accessories for the exteriors and interiors.

The exteriors can be jazzed up with body stripe kit and a roof wrap. Also on offer are 15-inch gunmetal finished alloy wheels (from the top-end Titanium trim), slimline weathershield, engine undershield, rear spoiler, anti theft nuts, shark fin and roof cross bars. For the cabin, the American automaker is offering seat covers, sun blinds, neck rest and pillow, rear view camera, smart ambient lighting and an ashtray. Automatic headlights which is standard on the Titanium (O) grade is also offered as an accessory.

The crossover will be available in two engine options – the tried and tested 1.5-litre TDCi diesel engine and an all-new 1.2-litre, 3-cylinder Dragon petrol motor. The 1.5 diesel makes 100 PS of power and 215 Nm of twist while the new Dragon petrol mill puts out 96 PS of power and 120 Nm of torque. Both the powertrains come matched to a 5-speed manual gearbox only.
