Honda Shine 100 DX Revealed, Gets Wider Fuel Tank & Bold Graphics
Honda has revealed the new Honda Shine 100 DX in India as a more premium version of the Shine 100. It has a wider fuel tank and bold graphics. The LCD instrument cluster enhances its modern and stylish appearance.
Styling
Honda attracts younger riders by offering the Shine 100 DX in four new colours. These include Pearl Ingenous Black, Imperial Red, Blue Metallic, and Gray Metallic. Chrome inserts enhance the bike’s visual appeal on the headlight and exhaust.
The design appears more muscular thanks to the larger fuel tank and added chrome elements. A steel frame supports the structure underneath the updated bodywork. The Shine 100 DX rides on 17-inch alloy wheels with tubeless tyres.
Suspension
Telescopic forks and twin rear shock absorbers handle suspension setup. The rear shocks are five-step adjustable for added comfort. These components ensure stability and comfort across city and rural roads.
Engine
The motorcycle uses a 98.98cc air-cooled, single-cylinder engine for power. It produces 7.28 HP at 7,500 RPM and 8.04 NM of torque at 5,000 RPM. This engine is paired with a smooth four-speed gearbox.
Bookings for the Honda Shine 100 DX will begin on August 1. Honda schedules deliveries to roll out in a phased manner. Honda targets commuters seeking style, efficiency, and daily reliability.
