KTM CFMoto Partnership
Whether the KTM 750s will feature all-new designs is still a mystery

KTM is globally praised for its superb range of off-road and naked motorcycles. While their range is already pretty broad, recent investors’ presentation has now confirmed that they will broaden it further with the new Adventure 750 & Duke 750.

The KTM lineup of adventure and naked bikes currently starts from 390cc and goes up to the top-of-the-line 1290 range. However, KTM has a habit of introducing numerous engine specs.

The latest example is when KTM launched both the Duke 790 and the Duke 890 in a short span of time. However, we think the 100cc bump occurred in order to meet the stricter Euro-5 norms.

The new 750cc engine platform comes because of KTM massively increasing its levels of cooperation with the Chinese giant- CFMoto. CFMoto is responsible for the distribution of KTM bikes throughout China.

Also, officials have confirmed that the 750cc engine will result in a new Duke 750, Adventure 750 and even a Supermoto 750! These bikes will be available in Chinese domestic markets and globally as well.

The KTM Duke 790 features a 799cc parallel-twin motor that makes 105 BHP of peak power and 86 Nm of peak torque. We expect similar power figures from the upcoming 750cc motor as well.

Lastly, with the KTM 790 line-up already in full swing, it will be interesting how KTM markets their 750cc bikes. One possibility is that KTM might sack their existing 790 line-up and introduce a 750 lineup to create sufficient space between the 750s and the 890s. There is no official date of arrival, but we expect the 750s to arrive pretty soon!
