The KTM RC 200 still misses out on ABS

The KTM RC 200 black colour variant has been launched in India. The KTM RC 200 black retails at the same price as the white colour, Rs 1.77 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi). The supersport model is available across all KTM dealerships in India.

Mechanically, the KTM RC 200 remains unchanged. It continues to draw power from a 199.5cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled and fuel-injected motor that produces 25 PS of power and 19.2 Nm of torque. The engine comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox. Other underpinnings like the brakes, suspension and wheels remain the same and ABS is still not offered on the bike.

The new black colour variant makes the RC 200 look more stealthy and the subtle use of orange and white decals on the fairing complement the trellis frame and the alloy wheels which are finished in the signature orange colour. The KTM RC 200 rivals the Pulsar RS 200, Bajaj Dominar 400 and the Honda CBR250R.
