Mahindra Marazzo BS6 Price Starts At Rs. 11.25 Lakhs

Mahindra Marazzo BS6 Front — No exterior design changes have been made with the BS6 update

Mahindra Marazzo BS6 has been launched and its price tag starts from Rs. 11.25 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi). With the latest update, the car comes with three trim levels due to Mahindra’s efforts to be concise with what it offers.

No design changes have been made to the car which is now compliant with stricter emissions regulations. Thus, it continues to be a sleek-looking product aimed at larger families.

The three trim levels currently offered on the car are – M2, M4+ and M6+, with the latter now replacing the pre-facelift model’s M8 variant as the top-spec variant now.

Features offered as standard on the car include 60:40 split second row bench seat with one-touch tumble for 40 percent portion, power windows, rear AC with surround cool technology, roof lamp, central locking including lift gate, front row arm rests and tiltable steering.

The top model gets multi-point lumbar support for front seats, remote keyless entry, rear wiper and washer, premium fabric upholstery, arm rest for second row bench seat, steering-mounted audio, phone and cluster controls, seat back pockets, height adjustable driver’s seat and automatic climate control, in addition.

Top-spec Mahindra Marazzo BS6 price is over Rs. 1 lakh dearer to the mid variant. Thus, the car also benefits from 17-inch alloy wheels, 7-inch touchscreen, front and rear fog lights, follow-me-home headlamps, rear parking camera with adaptive guidelines.

Since there is no M8 variant anymore, the MPV loses out on some features that were previously offered and they are cooled glove box, cruise control, leatherette upholstery and power folding ORVMs.

Apart from having loads of cubby holes for storage, the MPV has 190 litres boot space, which is expandable up to 1055 litres with the second and third rows folded.

Six colour options are there to choose from, they are – Iceberg White, Oceanic Black, Mariner Maroon, Shimmering Silver, Aqua Marina and Poseidon Purple.

Engine wise, the Mahindra Marazzo BS6 gets a 1.5-litre diesel that produces 121 BHP and 300 Nm. It comes paired with a 6-speed manual transmission.
