Mahindra had showcased the Mojo performance motorcycle back in 2010 but the bike has been delayed for multiple reasons. Mahindra 2-wheelers is now expected to introduce the Mojo in the coming months with a completely revised styling. The Mojo would no longer look like the model introduced with naked styling. The revised Mahindra Mojo will feature sporty fairing panels along with a redesigned fuel-tank to give it a premium appearance.

The Mahindra Mojo will get powered by a 292cc, single-cylinder engine that produces 26 HP of peak power at 8500 RPM with 24 Nm of peak torque output at 7000 RPM. It features a 4-valve engine with DOHC layout and is mated to a 6-speed manual transmission. The Mojo will be a fairly light motorcycle weighing around 160 kgs. Coming to the suspension, the Mojo features upside down forks at the front with a mono-shock suspension at the rear.

For quick stopping power, the Mahindra Mojo gets equipped with a 320 mm front disc and 220 mm rear disc brake. The tyres are likely to be 100 and 150 section at the front and rear respectively. Expect Mahindra to offer loads of features including many segment first features as seen with the Centuro bike which was launched recently. The Mojo will compete with the likes of KTM Duke 390 and we expect it to be priced around Rs. 1.50 lakhs.
