The 2020 Maruti Ignis comes with various cosmetic changes. On the front, it gets squarish elements with chrome inserts which looks like it has been borrowed from the Maruti S-Presso. The Ignis feels airer than its rival. There are many storage spaces available in the Ignis. You get a bottle holder in all the 4-doors. The boot space is a bit tight in the Ignis. Space at the rear is good for 2 adults to sit comfortably. However, you can fit a third passenger at the cost of comfort. Legroom is adequate, under-thigh support could have been better, headroom is sufficient because of its tall boy design.

The BS6 Maruti Ignis comes with a single 1.2-litre,4-cylinder, VVT petrol engine. The engine churns out 82 HP @ 6000 RPM and a torque output of 113 Nm @ 4200 RPM.
