A BS6 engine upgrade from MG will be fitted on a new 7-seater Hector coming before April 2020.
The MG Hector is the largest mid-size SUV in the Indian market currently and boasts a length of 4655 mm and wheelbase of 2750 mm. Currently, the Hector is in a 5-seater configuration but soon the MG Hector will come in a 7-seater variant in India by early 2020.

The MG Hector is about to launch next month and is a feature loaded SUV. It comes with a panoramic sunroof, 6 airbags, 17-inch alloy wheels and a massive 10.4-inch vertically placed infotainment system with innumerable connectivity features. There will be no additional engine options for the 7-seater variant, it will be offered with the same engine options as on the 5-seater variant.
