Maruti has introduced Nexa Black Edition range of cars
The Nexa Black Edition has been launched for the entire range of Nexa cars. The Maruti Baleno, Ciaz, Grand Vitara, XL6 and Ignis now get Pearl Midnight Black colour with this edition.
The new black edition range of cars will be only available with specific variants and won’t be offered as standard across all trim levels. It is available in Zeta and Alpha variants of the Ignis, all variants of the Ciaz, Alpha and Alpha+ variants of the XL6 and Zeta, Zeta+, Alpha and Alpha+ variants of the Grand Vitara.
Prices for these celebratory edition models remain consistent with the standard range of Nexa cars.
This edition only comes with exterior paint option, there are no changes on the interior and no additional features on offer. Maruti is also offering an optional accessory package with all these cars.
Indian car buyers don’t usually prefer black colours but recently there is a change in this trend. A lot of youngsters nowadays started wrapping their cars in black.
Tata Motors was the first one to jump into this bandwagon and introduce their Dark edition range of cars. With this edition they offered black exterior with their cars along with some exclusive features and even black interior. Skoda is also preparing to launch a matte black colour for the Kushaq.
With the introduction of this black edition, Maruti is targeting a wider audience and giving them a choice of a new colour.
