RE updates the Bullet 350 and Bullet 350 ES with single-channel ABS

The Royal Enfield Bullet 350 and Bullet 350 ES have now been updated with ABS. RE has already updated its range of motorcycles with dual-disc brakes and dual-channel ABS. Now the company has launched the Bullet 350 and Bullet 350 ES ABS with a single channel unit. The motorcycle is priced at Rs. 1.21 lakh for the Bullet 350 and Rs. 1.35 lakh for the Bullet 350 ES (ex-showroom).

The RE Bullet 350 comes with a drum brake setup at the rear and disc brake at the front. A speed-sensing ring has been added to the rear drum brake. This ring will modulate the front ABS actuation based on the speed of both the wheels. Another function which could be served by the speed sensing ring on the rear drum is rear-wheel lift protection. The Bullet 350 ES is available with disc brakes on both the ends.

Talking about the engines, both the Bullet 350 and Bullet 350 ES is powered by the same 346cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that makes 20 PS of power at 5250 RPM and 28 Nm of torque. The Royal Enfield 650 twins were launched with dual-channel ABS as standard equipment. With the other RE motorcycles updated, the Bullet 350 and Bullet 350 ES receive the due upgrade on time. Royal Enfield is also working on the next generation of their motorcycles with spy shots of the Thunderbird doing rounds over the internet.
