RE to offer more accessories with their 650cc, twin-cylinder motorcycle, the Interceptor 650.

Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 Alloy Wheels
A 9-spoke alloy wheel, with chrome finish on the sides is now offered on the bike

RE is planning to add two new accessories on the 29-part accessories that are already offered on the Interceptor 650. The bike gets a styling upgrade in the form of alloy wheels as optional to add on the bike. Also, to lit up the roads better at night, a pair of fog lamps are also added to the accessories list.

To counter the poorly lit bulb headlamp set-up of the Interceptor 650, the extra fog lamps would be a great addition. Since the bike is aimed towards the touring range, the fog lamps seem like a decent and well-thought addition. To top it off, the warranty of the bike would still be intact after the external fog lamp fitting.

If you still aren’t satisfied by the way your twin-cylinder RE looks like, you can opt for the additional alloy rims that will be on offer. The 9-spoke alloy wheels can fit tubeless tyres, enhancing the safety of the bike. They also feature a silver finish over the black body, making it appealing.

The Interceptor 650 is priced at Rs. 2.5 lakhs (ex-showroom) and is the most affordable twin-cylinder motorcycle that you can buy in the Indian market. At the heart of the motorcycle is a 650cc, air-cooled, parallel twin engine that churns out 47 BHP and 52 Nm of torque.
