All the upcoming RE bikes to get Bluetooth, Navigation features

Royal Enfield is preparing to launch a range of new motorcycles in the near future. The Indian bike maker is going a level up in terms of features with these models.

RE will be offering new connectivity tech including app based smartphone integration, Bluetooth and navigation system with their new bikes.

The first motorcycle to get these features is likely to be the Royal Enfield Meteor 350. The Thunderbird replacement was expected to launch in April. However, due to the lockdown, the launch has been postponed.

Just likes some of the TVS and Hero products, the new Bluetooth integrated RE bikes will offer turn-by-turn navigation system on the digital instrument cluster screens.

The LED displays are also expected to show call information, smartphone notifications, etc. These features are getting quite popular in the mass market segment for added convenience to the riders.

Royal Enfield is expected to come up with up to 4 models by 2021. One of those is a new 650cc scrambler. With the nationwide pandemic crisis, the launch has been pushed but now Royal Enfield has restarted production in a phased manner.
