Royal Enfield To Pass GST Benefits On Bikes To Customers, Up To Rs. 22,000 On The 350cc Range
Royal Enfield is passing on the benefit of the GST rate cut to customers by reducing prices of its 350cc range by up to Rs 22,000. The brand will apply the revised pricing from September 22, 2025. The government’s GST reforms aimed at boosting affordability in the two-wheeler segment prompted this announcement.
Pricing Changes
The 350cc range includes popular models such as the Classic, Bullet, Meteor, Hunter, and Goan Classic. The revised GST rate will make these motorcycles more accessible to a wider audience. The GST rate on 2-wheelers up to 350cc has been reduced from 28% to 18%.
Under the new tax structure, not all models benefit from this change. The government has increased the GST rate for 2-wheelers above 350cc to 40%. As a result, Royal Enfield will implement a steep price hike for its 450cc and 650cc models.
