Tata Nexon Aero Showcased At Auto Expo

Tata Nexon Aero unveiled at the 2018 Auto Expo, gets body kit with red accents.

Tata has showcased the Nexon Aero at the 2018 Auto Expo. The Aero edition gets a body kit on the compact SUV with some red accents that really accentuate the front and side profile.

Design-wise the headlights get smoke-effect, ORVMs are finished in glossy black and the interiors get new Aero-themed floor carpets. Rest of the design is identical to the standard Nexon. The Nexon Aero continues with the same 16-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels as seen in the regular Nexon. The automaker is likely to launch the Aero edition to give a boost to the SUV’s sales and to cater to a younger and enthusiast buyer who wants his/her Nexon to look distinctive.

The Nexon Aero will continue to be powered by the same 1.2-litre turbocharged petrol motor that produces 110 PS of power and 170 Nm of torque and a 1.5-litre turbocharged diesel engine that outputs 110 PS of power and 260 Nm of torque. Expect the Aero edition to command a slight premium in prices when compared to the standard Nexon.
