Toyota Yaris Fleet
The fleet variant is priced around Rs. 2 lakhs less than the entry-level J variant

Toyota Yaris fleet version now launched in India with a price tag of Rs. 9.12 lakhs (ex-showroom). It is a much awaited variant for the fleet buyers since Toyota discontinued the Etios siblings from its lineup that was quite popular among fleet buyers.

The new fleet variant is Rs. 1.98 lakhs cheaper than the entry-level J variant and Rs. 5.20 lakhs cheaper than the fully loaded VX trim. The Yaris is available on the Government e Marketplace (GeM).

It is only available with a manual transmission and white colour option. Other colour options are also available on request. It is likely to get 80 km/hr speed limiter for cab applications according to the norms.

It is powered by the same 1.5-litre petrol engine producing 107 BHP and 140 Nm of torque. This is available with a single 6-speed manual transmission option. Factory fitted CNG option is not available yet but it is expected to be introduced eventually.

For a fleet variant, it is very well equipped. In terms of safety, it comes with 7 airbags, ABS, EBD, Brake Assist, Central Locking and Rear Parking Sensors as standard.

The exterior comes with 15-inch alloys and projector headlamps. Interior comes in dual tone finish, power windows, power adjustable ORVMs, adjustable front and rear headrests, manual AC, charging socket, etc.

This will be an attractive package for the fleet buyers and even with the safety point of view, it is quite sensible.
