TVS Jupiter 125 with FI and disc brake spotted, launch expected in 2018.

TVS Jupiter 125 Fi Front Spotted
The TVS Jupiter 125 could feature fuel injection technology

The TVS Jupiter 125 was spotted heavily camouflaged bearing a Karnataka state registration plate. The scooter was equipped with front disc brake and also had a fuel injected powerplant as opposed to the carburetted unit found in the current 110cc Jupiter.

The scooter was equipped with O2 sensors while the choke lever was found missing too which leads us to the fact that the TVS Jupiter 125 features fuel injection technology. The spotted scooter also wore digital cum analogue speedometer unlike an analogue unit on the current selling Jupiter. Sources claim that this scooter has a 125cc heart.

The TVS Jupiter already rivals the Honda Activa in the 110cc segment, and seems like TVS is now wanting to grab a share of the 125cc scooter segment with this Jupiter 125 where the Honda Activa 125 and Suzuki Access 125 currently sell.

The current TVS Jupiter is powered by a 109.7cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine that churns out 7.8 HP of power and 8 Nm of torque.
