The Indian Government has setup a committee to ensure supply of Euro-IV petrol and diesel in 13 major cities. The 13 major cities are Delhi & NCR, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Surat, Ahmedabad, Kanpur, Agra, Solapur and Lucknow; and Euro-III fuel to be made available in the rest of the country from 1st April, 2010. Currently, all vehicles in these cities get petrol and diesel of BS-III grade.

As there would be delay in upgrading refineries in Barauni, Guwahati and Digboi, Euro-III petrol and diesel will not be sold in certain parts of Bihar and the north-east from April 2010. Other than major cities, BS-II grade of auto fuels are currently served in the rest of the country. The aim is to reduce emission of sulphur and benzene from vehicles that pollute environment.

Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (Siam), has informed that its members are prepared to meet the changed fuel norms. A technical expert associated with the automobile industry said that while most of the vehicles are geared to meet the mandated emission norms, some of the vehicles, which could not be upgraded, would be phased out.

Sir,
I am having the bike of Model 2005 of H H M Ltd CD Dawn Model. Sir, this rule of the Govt has delacered that a ordinary person has to purchase the new bike if a preson is relocated in these 13 cities. I want to ask that what right does the Govt has to do so??? From where shoule we bring the extra money. Here in Ahmedabad AMTS is not giving the Bus Transport service on time and so to save the time we have to bring the bike. I have the bike and Iam in Ahmedabad for Coaching facility and whenever I go back I am take the bike with me, as Rajasthan is nearby. Many times I personally drive the vehicle and go Rajasthan. I keep my vehicle 2 months in Ahmedabad and rest time in Rajasthan. But here the traffic persons are haressing alot. When I tried to go by the law the law was amended and this is not know to the issuing authorities of Rajasthan so they issued the NOC for the registration of the Vehicle. Assume this position as not one case. Why the Govt should not bring the rule for the Emission of quota system for booking the vehicle, inspite of giving right to the Traffic persons to do what so ever they want.

Ultimately for whom they are working. For whom the RTo, DTO is working. They behave in such a way that we are servants of them. Why should we tolerate anyone.

When I personally went to cancel the NOC than the DTO was only authories to do so. So I had to wait for meeting for him for more than 4 hours on 08/05/2012 from 2.45 pm to 7.30pm. And when he came than he refused to mark on the application and asked me to come on next day after verfication of all the documents.

Sir, Is this the way to treat any one how many times we have to go to the department and get the work done by how many times…..

I expect that my suggestion cum compamin will be taken by you.

Thanks
