Honda will soon be launching the Brio facelift in the Indonesian market. Spy pictures of the same along with other details have leaked out just a few days before the launch.

Honda Brio Facelift Indonesia Spotted
The new alloys look much better than the current ones

With the launch of the Brio facelift done in Thailand way back in 2013, the Indonesian market will be getting a facelifted version of the hatchback at the Gaikindo Indonesia International Motor show on the 20th of this month. Carrying forward all the changes from the Thai version, it also gets some additional changes to help differentiate it further from the current car. However, the changes are very subtle and many people might not even notice them at first glance. Some of the elements can be incorporated into the older cars too to give them a fresher look.

In terms of exterior changes, the rear hatch glass door now gets a body coloured patch to make it look bulkier. Chrome inserts on either sides of the boot lid handle and the chrome name badge on the new patch add a bit of bling to the rear end of the car whereas a rear spoiler adds up to the sportiness quotient. Move over to the side and the only change is the new 15-inch machine finished alloy wheels which get a dual tone finish akin to what the Jazz also gets abroad. Fog lamps have finally been added and so has a rear wiper.

Changes to the interior while minimalist would lend a completely different feel to the cabin. The interior colour theme has been changed to full black which looks much classier and is easier to maintain. Electric folding rearview mirrors have been added which add a touch of convenience. A new music system with steering mounted audio controls rounds up the changes on the inside. Mechanically, the Brio remains the same. Whether this facelift would make it to the Indian market or not remains unclear at the moment since a minor update was given to it in October last year.
