Ford has unveiled its 2017 version of the Fiesta which carries an all new design with major changes and many interior tweaks at the feature front. The seventh generation Fiesta is expected to be launched in European markets by early 2017 with an evolved avatar.

The moment we give a glimpse to the 2017 Ford Fiesta, its all new appearance manages to woo us. The front end has been completely redesigned with fresh trapezoidal grille and the more sleek headlamps extended at the sides. Fine creases apparent on the side profile and the 10-spoke alloy wheels give it an additional embellishment. To make it look giant, the size of the new Fiesta is minutely increased at the sides and top, and the tail-lamps carry a wide set of units.

With the SYNC3 infotainment system, the convenience of the features has been improved for an upmarket feel. As the size has increased, the room for passengers at the front and rear is ought to grow for better comfort. Moreover, it comes with an ample of safety features to add up to the modernisation.

The new generation Ford Fiesta consists of four variants including Titanium, St-line, Vignale and Active. It will come with a three-cylinder engine powered by a 1.0-litre petrol motor expected to churn out 140 PS. The 1.5-litre diesel engine will generate 120 PS of power. Ford has no plans of launching the Fiesta in India and has shifted Asian production to Thailand.
