The facelifted Suzuki Ignis was revealed very recently and Maruti will be launching it in India too. The Maruti Ignis facelift has been spotted at the company’s Manesar plant ahead of its launch. It is expected that the Ignis facelift will be launched at the upcoming 2020 Auto Expo.

On the outside, the Maruti Ignis gets a redesigned front bumper with new foglamp housings. The grille also sees a tweak in the design and it now comes with U-shaped teeth, along with some additional chrome. The rear bumper also gets a new design with new reflectors. Both the bumpers come with faux skid plates.

The interior of the vehicle will continue with the same layout but you can expect new upholstery and a new colour theme. The vehicle will come with the latest SmartPlay Studio infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity.

The updated Maruti Ignis will come with the same 1.2-litre K-Series BS6 petrol engine producing 83 PS and 113 Nm, mated to either a 5-speed MT or an AMT. The Ignis was launched in 2017 and it used to come with a diesel engine too which was later discontinued.
