Street Triple RS gets new cosmetic changes and new features

2020 Triumph Street Triple RS launched, priced at Rs. 11.13 lakhs (ex-showroom, India). The bike comes with substantial changes over its predecessor and yet the price remains the same in India.

The signature bug-eyed headlights gets LED units. The bodywork is revised and comes with new colours, updated mirrors and new materials for enhanced visual appeal.

Some of the new features include adjustable TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity, GoPro camera compatibility, turn-by-turn navigation, phone and music controls.

Powering the bike is a 765cc, in-line 3-cylinder engine that produces 121 HP at 11,750 RPM and 79 Nm of torque at 9350 RPM, mated to a 6-speed transmission with slipper clutch.

The bike is equipped with fully adjustable Showa big piston 41 mm inverted fork at the front and fully adjustable Öhlins piggyback shock at the rear. It comes with Brembo brakes and Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa SP v3 tyres.

Triumph has started accepting bookings online while deliveries and test rides will commence post the lockdown is over.
