2021 Ford EcoSport SE Launched, Priced From Rs. 10.49 Lakhs

Ford has launched the 2021 EcoSport SE with a starting price tag of Rs. 10.49 lakhs (ex-showroom).

Sold without a tailgate-mounted spare wheel, the variant features design cues seen earlier on American and European models. Thus, it has a redesigned tailgate, while the rear bumper has a silver applique.

Riding on 16-inch alloy wheels, the compact SUV has a chrome radiator grille, while the fog lamp surround now comes in the body colour. Since the car does not come with a spare wheel, the carmaker offers a puncture kit with it.

Based on the Titanium trim, the 2021 EcoSport SE price gets customers a premium interior sporting beige upholstery and trim pieces, 8-inch SYNC 3 infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, as well as Ford Pass and a sunroof, among various other features.

Power comes from a 1.5-litre 3-cylinder TiVCT petrol engine (122 PS and 149 Nm) or a 1.5-litre TDCi diesel engine (100 PS and 215 Nm), depending upon the customer’s choice, and both motors come paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox.
